Bally released the Professional Arcade in 1978 (also released in a rare "white case" version) but it couldn't compete with the Atari VCS. Bally sold the rights to the system and in 1981 it was re-released by Astrovision as the "Bally Computer System," later renamed the Astrocade in 1982.
